About the Job:

EvolveDash Inc. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for aesthetics, a passion for user-centered design, and experience creating visually compelling graphics, UI/UX elements, and marketing materials. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life and enhance our brand identity.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media
  2. Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms
  3. Create UI/UX designs for web and mobile applications, ensuring seamless user experiences
  4. Collaborate with marketing, development, and product teams to conceptualize and execute design projects
  5. Use design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar software
  6. Stay updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and industry best practices
  7. Work on animations, videos, and interactive elements (if applicable)
  8. Receive and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs

Requirements/Skills:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a related field
  2. Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, or in a similar role
  3. Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Sketch, or similar
  4. Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity
  5. Understanding of typography, color theory, and composition
  6. Knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS) is a plus
  7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  8. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
