SMCSE is looking for a skilled and experienced "Web" centered UI/UX Designer to join our collaborative and innovative team to create visually attractive and easy-to-use digital products in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be capable of creating both functional and appealing features that address our company & clients' needs and help us grow our customer base.

Qualifications:
  1. Minimum experience of 2-3 years as a UI/UX designer.
  2. Proven certifications in UI/UX designing or a strong portfolio of design projects.
  3. Proficient in prototyping, wireframe, and design tools (e.g. XD, Figma, Sketch, etc.).
  4. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically, Illustrator & Photoshop).
  5. BS degree in Graphics or CS/IT or relevant field is preferred.
Responsibilities:
  1. Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback.
  2. Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
  3. Translating requirements into style guides for developers, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces.
  4. Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components, and informational components.
  5. Creating original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables).
  6. Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g., responsiveness).
  7. Collaborating effectively with the management, team, and clients.
  8. Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into the design to enhance user experience.
