UI/UX Designer

SMCSE is looking for a skilled and experienced "Web" centered UI/UX Designer to join our collaborative and innovative team to create visually attractive and easy-to-use digital products in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be capable of creating both functional and appealing features that address our company & clients' needs and help us grow our customer base.
Qualifications:- Minimum experience of 2-3 years as a UI/UX designer.
- Proven certifications in UI/UX designing or a strong portfolio of design projects.
- Proficient in prototyping, wireframe, and design tools (e.g. XD, Figma, Sketch, etc.).
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically, Illustrator & Photoshop).
- BS degree in Graphics or CS/IT or relevant field is preferred.
- Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback.
- Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
- Translating requirements into style guides for developers, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces.
- Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components, and informational components.
- Creating original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables).
- Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g., responsiveness).
- Collaborating effectively with the management, team, and clients.
- Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into the design to enhance user experience.
