JD – Telesales Executives

Objectives:

  1. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
  2. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
  3. Work with the sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message.
  4. Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback.
  5. Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies. Researching prospects and generating leads (Not Target Base). Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and chat. Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Building business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
  2. Identifying business opportunities by researching prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options.
  3. Selling products by establishing contact and developing relationships with clients; recommending solutions.
  4. Product improvements or new products by market activities and competitors.
  5. Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
  6. Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
