Job Title: Research Quality Documentation Specialist (Contractual for 1 year)

Job Role:

  1. The specialist is expected to summarize the physician-patient encounter in an ambient setting.
  2. To capture the clinical content of the conversation with very high accuracy within the guidelines provided for this scribing, for AI learning.
  3. Cross-annotate and review the work done by another specialist as a second review.
  4. Edit drafts created by different AI models within the specifications given for editing draft content.
  5. Ensure maximum consistency in annotating.
  6. Maintain formatting in reports according to Research guidelines.
  7. Adapt seamlessly to changes in the training process.

Skills We Are Looking For:

  1. Minimum 8 to 15 years of experience in scribing/transcription/coding experience in clinical documentation.
  2. Experience in multiple specialty documentation.
  3. Knowledge of medical terminology, AHDI guidelines, and procedures.
  4. Ability to operate designated word processing, dictation, and transcription equipment.
  5. Excellent listening skills and ability to understand diverse accents and dialects.
  6. Ability to work under pressure with time constraints.
  7. Excellent English grammar and spelling.
  8. Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing the English language.

Qualification: Any Graduates or Post Graduates

Experience: Minimum 8 Years

Mode of Work: Fulltime

Project Duration: 12 Months

Location: Remote
