Job ResponsibilitiesBrand RepresentationPerform in front of the camera, delivering engaging scripted and unscripted content. This includes property showcases, event highlights, testimonials, and community updates, all while confidently representing ZURAACO's values and expertise.
Develop and execute a monthly video content calendar, including planning themes, conducting research, and determining video formats to align with business objectives.
Content CreationWrite compelling scripts for videos, such as project updates, investment consultancy, and lifestyle content. This ensures clarity, engagement, and alignment with brand consistency.
Market ResearchConduct in-depth research into the Bahria Town Karachi real estate market to create relevant and valuable content tailored to the target audience.
Communicating effectively in both English and Urdu is essential to reach a diverse audience. Proficiency in an additional language will be a bonus.
