We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing social media accounts and running paid social media ad campaigns.
The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy focused on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to achieve brand awareness and lead generation goals.
This includes creating and curating all published content, writing captivating copy that speaks to our target audience, managing day-to-day handling of all social media channels, and analyzing key metrics to refine strategy and prove ROI.
The successful candidate will have excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of what performs well on each platform and why.
They will also be able to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies, and possess a creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and building brands online.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience marketing real estate, luxury goods, or high-consideration products, and be highly organized with the ability to manage a content calendar effectively.
As a bonus point, experience with social media management tools like Later, Sprout Social, or Hootsuite is highly desirable.
