This is an exceptional job opportunity to join the UK's leading translation and interpretation company, EMPIRE GROUP. We are looking for a full-time Operations Manager for our office located in Phase 7, Bahria Town, Islamabad. The incumbent will be responsible for formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring materials and resources, and securing compliance. He/she should be ready to mentor team members, find ways to increase the quality of customer service, and implement best practices across all levels.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
  2. Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
  3. Help the organization's processes remain legally compliant.
  4. Examine financial data and use it to improve profitability.
  5. Manage budgets and forecasts.
  6. Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs.
  7. Ensure that all policies are implemented in their true spirit.
  8. Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
  9. Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
  10. Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
  11. Work with the UK & PK management to determine values and mission, and plan for short- and long-term goals.
  12. Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
  13. Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE

  • BBA/MBA from a reputed university, specialized in Operations or Project Management.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience as an admin or operations manager.
  • BPO/IT industry experience preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
