Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Rawalpindi. The Operations Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, ensure high standards of food quality and customer service, and handle scheduling and inventory management. This role includes enforcing health and safety standards, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Additionally, the Operations Manager will coordinate with suppliers and vendors, handle customer complaints, and implement strategies for sales growth and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Operations Management, Restaurant Management, and Staff Management skills
- Experience in Scheduling and Inventory Management
- Knowledge of Health and Safety Standards and Compliance
- Financial Monitoring and Budgeting skills
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to work well in a team and lead others effectively
- Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
