Job Title: Senior / Principal Consultant – Java/OBDX Specialist

Location: Hybrid (Base in Lahore or Karachi)

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced Java Developers or Oracle Banking Digital Experience (OBDX) Consultants from the banking industry to deliver exceptional customer experiences. The role involves developing digital banking solutions, working with Oracle's innovative applications, and collaborating with local and international teams. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth through cloud services and data-driven solutions.

Key Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of Java development experience, focusing on frameworks like Spring Boot, Struts, Hibernate, and Eclipse.
  • Understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.
  • UI/UX design skills and experience with Knockout.js.
  • Full Stack Development experience with leadership qualities is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Core Java, Microservices/Spring Boot, PL/SQL, and databases.
  • Experience in implementation, support activities, customization, and test cycle management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
  • Basic project management knowledge and experience in large-scale projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with multinational banks, digital banking architecture, mobile banking, and OBDX/OBAPI skills.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Digital Banking solutions.
  • Ability to build rapport with team members and clients.
  • Willingness to travel locally and internationally for projects.
