Job Title: Junior Assistant

Location: Karachi (on-site, no remote)

Salary: 15,000 PKR/month

About Us: We are an international IT and AI company, working on projects in LegalTech, Web Solutions, and AI-driven automation. To support our daily operations, we are looking for a motivated Junior Assistant to join our on-site team in Karachi.

Responsibilities
  • Support in marketing activities (posting content, preparing materials, simple research).
  • Assist in hiring tasks (contacting candidates, scheduling interviews, following up).
  • Perform phone calls and client communication when needed.
  • Manage emails and office correspondence (mainly in English, occasionally handling German texts by copy/paste).
  • Provide general on-site administrative assistance.
  • Report daily progress and tasks directly to management.
Requirements
  • Basic education with willingness to learn and grow.
  • Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Comfortable with phone calls, emails, and office work.
  • Reliable, punctual, and organized.
  • Previous assistant, marketing, or office experience is a plus, but not required.
