Chat Room experienced programmer/analyst needed for our Lahore branch of our Canadian company opening in Nov. Interviews start Sep. 20th. Competitive salary and room for growth within the company. Opportunity to lead and manage Lahore head office.

Job Specification

All applicants must include references and portfolio with their resume. English proficiency is a plus, but skilled individuals are a high priority.

Position 1: Analyst/Programmer

  • Team leader
  • Must have skills in project management, systems analysis, requirement analysis, application design phases, designing application architecture, integration, testing & implementation
  • In-depth knowledge of website vulnerability issues and solutions
  • Chat room experience is a must
  • Experience with client/server architectures, ability to manage a technical team, create action plans for the team, familiarity with new web technologies, and able to provide reports to head office
Technologies: 5 years commercial experience in MySQL, PHP, OOP, HTML, JavaScript, MS Project, RUP & SMS.
Clear understanding of eCommerce: (SSL, online transactions, auto-responders)

Position 2: Database Designer/Web Programmer
Technologies: 3 years commercial experience in MySQL, PHP, OOP, HTML, Java Applets, JavaScript, and CSS on multiple browsers/platforms. Proficiency in chat room programming. In-depth knowledge of SMTP, POP3, FTP, HTTP, XML.
