We are hiring for a customer service representative to manage Security Officer's queries and interact with them on calls, emails and chats.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times and providing exceptional Customer Experience
- Responding promptly to inquiries and queries and communicating with customers through various channels including Calls, Chats, Emails, etc.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints and making necessary correspondence
- Logging the details in relevant CRM software and providing timely updates
- Communicating with Staff through various channels including Calls, Chats, Emails etc.
- Acknowledging and resolving staff queries and making necessary correspondence
- Logging the details in relevant CRM software and providing timely updates
- Planning, directing, and coordinating all operational functions
- Managing the accumulation and consolidation of all data necessary for an accurate business results
- Coordinating with Clients and Security Officers
- Providing management with information vital to the decision-making process
- Managing the shift confirmation process
- Assessing current operations, offering recommendations for improvement, and implementing new processes
- Evaluating accounting and internal control systems
Requirements
- The Interview will be conducted on 13 January 2024 at Lahore office is located at Raya Commercial Fairways DHA Phase 6, You must be flexible to come to this location for the job
- Previous UK Based Security Control Room experience is a good asset
- Must be comfortable working with shifts
- Good Communication skills (Verbal and Written)
- Must be able to deal with pressure
