Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Professional Painter to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Surface Preparation:
    • Clean, sand, and prime surfaces to ensure proper paint adhesion.
    • Fill cracks, holes, and imperfections for a smooth finish.
  2. Painting and Finishing:
    • Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
    • Select and mix paints to match colors and achieve desired results.
    • Ensure even application and high-quality finishes on walls, ceilings, furniture, or other surfaces.
  3. Project Execution:
    • Follow project plans and timelines to complete jobs efficiently.
    • Protect surrounding areas by covering furniture, floors, and fixtures.
    • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.
  4. Customer Interaction:
    • Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert advice.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional and timely service.
  5. Maintenance and Tools:
    • Maintain and clean painting equipment after use.
    • Ensure all tools and materials are in good working condition.
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in various painting techniques and tools.
  • Knowledge of paint types, finishes, and color matching.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to handle demanding tasks, including climbing ladders and lifting equipment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of professional painting experience.
  • Familiarity with industrial and decorative painting techniques.
  • Experience in both residential and commercial projects.
  • Certification in painting or related trades is a plus.
