EcomSpot is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented MTO Supply Chain to join our dynamic operations team. This MTO-ship offers hands-on experience in supply chain management, logistics coordination, and e-commerce fulfillment. Successful performance during the MTO may lead to a permanent position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day supply chain activities, including inventory management, procurement, and order fulfillment.
  • Analyze logistics data and generate reports on vendor performance, delivery times, and stock levels.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and customer service teams to ensure efficient order processing.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing supply chain workflows.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for shipments, deliveries, and supply chain records.
  • Research and propose cost-effective sourcing and shipping solutions.

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate with a degree in any Engineering or CS/Data Sciences discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

About the MTO Program:

The Management Trainee Officer (MTO) Program is a dynamic and accelerated career development initiative designed for young, ambitious professionals eager to fast-track their growth within the organization. With a clear learning and growth strategy in place, this program aims to equip trainees with the skills, knowledge, and practical experience necessary to take on future leadership roles. Structured to provide hands-on exposure and strategic insights, the MTO Program is not just a job, it's a launchpad for a successful career in business management and operations.

During the initial three months of intensive training, participants will rotate through all the major departments, including Human Resources, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Compliance, and Customer Services. This cross-functional exposure ensures a well-rounded understanding of the organization's structure and core processes. Specialized workshops, mentoring sessions, and simulation exercises will be conducted to help enhance leadership, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.

The program also includes national and international exposure, offering selected trainees the opportunity to observe and learn from regional and global business practices. This helps broaden their perspective and encourages innovative thinking. High-performing trainees will be considered for executive-level roles immediately following the training period, making performance and dedication critical success factors.

Additional features of the program include continuous professional development through certifications, leadership boot camps, and a structured mentorship framework. The MTO Program is ideal for graduates who are driven, adaptable, and ready to take initiative in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Job Type: Full-Time (Mon- Fri)

Mode: On-site

Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM
