Now Hiring: Medical Virtual Assistant (Remote – Pakistan)

Are you a detail-oriented, tech-savvy medical professional based in Pakistan? Do you have experience with clinical documentation, EHRs, or virtual healthcare support?

MediM8 is a growing virtual medical assistant agency supporting busy physicians in the U.S. and Canada. We're looking for talented Medical Virtual Assistants (MVAs) to join our remote team and make a real difference in doctors' lives.

What You'll Do:
  • Draft SOAP notes and medical summaries
  • Review labs, imaging results, and update patient charts
  • Assist with prior authorizations and referral coordination
  • Manage physician inboxes and patient follow-up lists
  • Create patient education content (templates provided)
Requirements:
  • Background in healthcare (MBBS, BDS, DPT, PharmD, Nursing, MLT, etc.)
  • Excellent English communication and medical terminology skills
  • Comfortable using EHRs, Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.
  • Prior experience in medical writing or virtual assistance is a plus
  • Reliable internet and a quiet home workspace
