Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement scalable, high-performance, and secure software solutions.
  2. Develop and maintain architectural blueprints and technical documentation.
  3. Ensure solutions align with business objectives and technology strategy.
  4. Lead development efforts for key projects, including guiding external teams and ensuring high-quality code standards.
  5. Conduct detailed code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and architectural guidelines.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
  7. Act as a technical mentor to developers and other team members.
  8. Work closely with the Platform Team to align architecture with organizational goals.
  9. Manage external development teams, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
  10. Evaluate and adopt new technologies and tools to enhance development efficiency.
  11. Identify bottlenecks in the software platform and provide actionable recommendations.
  12. Drive innovation in processes, workflows, and development strategies.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  2. 8-10 years of experience in software development, with hands-on experience in architecture and code, preferably within E-commerce, FinTech, or subscription-based environments.
  3. Hands-on experience with our tech stack, including Python, Node.js, React, REST APIs, and SQL/MySQL databases.
  4. Actively involved in coding and development within the last 2 years.
  5. Good knowledge and experience in ERP (e.g., Odoo), CRM, AWS, Jira, and Confluence.
  6. Familiarity with DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
  7. Proven ability to manage and lead external development teams and provide mentorship within the organization.
  8. Strong expertise in conducting code reviews and maintaining high coding standards.
  9. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
  10. Effective written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
