Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support key areas of our HR function, with a strong focus on recruitment, employee engagement, and training & development. The ideal candidate will be proactive, people-focused, and passionate about building a strong organizational culture. This role is essential to maintaining a positive employee experience and ensuring smooth internal processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  2. Plan and execute engagement events and team-building activities such as recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and company events to foster a positive work environment.
  3. Collaborate with other departments or external partners for organizing internal and external events, CSR activities, and culture-building initiatives.
  4. Assist in the design, planning, and execution of training and development programs in collaboration with leads.
  5. Support performance management initiatives, including goal setting, feedback sessions, and appraisal processes.
  6. Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied and comply with labor laws and company standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience in HR role, preferably in a fast-paced or tech environment.
  3. Strong knowledge of core HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, operations, and training & development.
  4. Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal & written), and relationship-building skills.
  5. Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  7. A team player with a hands-on approach and a can-do attitude.
