Our client is a "Leading Provider" of Cyber Security and Engineering services and solutions to U.S. Federal Government agencies. Their expertise encompasses areas critical to its customers' objectives, including Information Management, Information Operations, Information Assurance, Enterprise Architecture, Network Engineering, and Systems Integration. They have employees throughout the U.S. and their geographic presence continues to grow with employees at over 7 locations nationwide.

Position: Sr. HR Generalist.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  1. Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and hiring.
  2. Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are smoothly integrated into the company and understand company policies.
  3. Maintain job postings on relevant platforms and coordinate orientation sessions for new employees.
  4. Process documentation for newly hired employees, including background verifications and probation evaluations.

Employee Relations and Engagement:

  1. Address and resolve employee issues promptly, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  2. Support and implement employee engagement initiatives such as surveys, team-building activities, and feedback forms to maintain a positive workplace environment.
  3. Build strong relationships with employees and managers to develop consistent approaches to people management.
  4. Lead initiatives to foster employee wellbeing, engagement, and organizational culture.

Performance Management:

  1. Assist in designing and implementing performance management systems, including goal setting and regular feedback sessions for employees.
  2. Conduct performance evaluations and work closely with managers to address performance issues constructively.
  3. Provide support for ongoing professional development and training opportunities for employees.

Policy and Compliance:

  1. Ensure adherence to HR policies and company guidelines, regularly reviewing and updating them as necessary.
  2. Lead the development of new policies, focusing on innovation, employee wellbeing, and engagement.
  3. Conduct investigations in cases of policy violations and recommend appropriate corrective actions.

Learning and Development:

  1. Identify training needs in collaboration with department heads and implement relevant development programs.
  2. Coordinate internal and external learning opportunities to foster continuous employee growth and upskilling.
  3. Contribute to the company's professional and personal training programs to enhance employee performance.

Compensation and Benefits:

  1. Support compensation review and benefits administration, ensuring competitive and relevant packages.
  2. Conduct market research to maintain competitive benefits offerings and ensure employee satisfaction.
  3. Assist employees with inquiries regarding benefits, compensation, and HR-related services.

HR Reporting and Meetings:

  1. Attend HR strategy meetings with senior management to align HR initiatives with company goals.
  2. Generate and analyze HR metrics, such as recruitment, retention, and turnover rates, to inform decision-making.
  3. Provide insights from HR data to enhance the company's HR strategies and operational plans.

Preferred Qualifications: Preferably a Master's within the relevant field.

Other Details:

  1. Experience: 6 years
  2. Work Timings: 1:00 pm - 10:00 pm
  3. Work Days: Monday - Friday
  4. Work Mode: Onsite - Karachi
  5. Salary: Market competitive
  6. Benefits:
