Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Counter Assistant based in Lahore. The Counter Assistant will be responsible for attending to customers, providing information on travel packages, booking tickets, processing travel documents, and handling customer inquiries. The role also includes maintaining accurate records, managing bookings, and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing prompt and courteous service.

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in booking and reservation systems
  • Knowledge of travel industry regulations and documentation
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Basic computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience in the travel industry is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
