Overview

Daraz is a leading e-commerce platform in South Asia. The role focuses on managing Daraz's Fulfilled by Daraz (FBD) operations across Pakistan, ensuring seamless inbounding, outbounding, and service level delivery while elevating seller and customer experience. Collaborate with Commercial teams to align inbound shipments and scale FBD adoption.

Job Summary

Driving project management of Daraz\'s Fulfilled by Daraz (FBD) operations across Pakistan, ensuring seamless inbounding, outbounding, and service level delivery while elevating both seller and customer experience. Collaborate closely with Commercial teams to align inbound shipments and scale FBD adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing FBD (Fulfilled by Daraz) across PK, Inbounding, Outbounding, Service Level, Seller experience, Customer experience.
  • Collaborating and coordinating with Commercial teams to align daily incoming shipments and promote FBD growth and health.
  • Identifying performance gaps in the warehouse\u2019s operations, drive programs to close gaps and revamp existing processes for better results.
  • Overseeing warehouse inventory health, utilization, clearance.
  • Data Analysis
  • BRD & PRD creation
  • Leading CAPEX, OPEX, and expansion projects to drive efficiency and sustainability
  • Significant cross functional coordination with Admin, Procurement, IT, and HSSE teams to initiate, execute, and conclude projects.
  • CAPEX Forecasting and allocation
  • Monitoring and maintaining HSSE, 5S, and warehouse standards.
Required Skills/Abilities
  • Bachelors or Master's Degree in a Business Discipline preferably Supply Chain Management
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience handling business stakeholders, project management in a tech or ecommerce environment.
  • Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel.
  • Basic SQL knowledge would be an advantage.
