We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects while managing a customer portfolio. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and with a high level of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, from initiation to closure.
  2. Oversee and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer portfolios, acting as the primary point of contact.
  3. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
  4. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  5. Monitor project performance, manage risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  6. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and management.
  7. Ensure customer requirements are well understood and delivered to a high standard.
  8. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  2. 2+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager (preferably in IT/software projects).
  3. Strong background in customer account/portfolio management.
  4. Excellent leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
  5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, etc.).
  7. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  8. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.
