We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in developing robust, scalable full-stack applications. The ideal candidate should be technically proficient with modern front-end and back-end frameworks and capable of engaging directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using current frameworks and tools.
  2. Work with technologies such as React, Vue.js, Angular for front-end; and Node.js, Python (FastAPI, Django), Next.js, NestJS, Golang for back-end development.
  3. Create performant, responsive front-end applications integrated with scalable APIs.
  4. Develop clean, maintainable RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
  5. Convert UI/UX designs into functional web applications.
  6. Engage with clients to understand requirements and participate in interviews.
  7. Represent the engineering team in stakeholder discussions, ensuring alignment on project goals.
  8. Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
  9. Collaborate within an Agile team environment, including designers, QA, DevOps, and product owners.
  10. Availability during weekends may be required for critical tasks or onboarding.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  2. 3–5 years of experience in full-stack web development.
  3. Proficiency with at least one front-end framework (React, Vue, or Angular).
  4. Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Golang, Next.js, or NestJS.
  5. Understanding of web architecture, asynchronous programming, and API design.
  6. Knowledge of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization.
  7. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  8. Confidence in client communication, demos, and interviews.
  9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote Agile setting.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with TypeScript in front-end and back-end contexts.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools like Docker, CI/CD pipelines, AWS/GCP.
  • Experience with testing frameworks and automation strategies.
  • Leadership, mentoring, or project ownership experience.
