Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Technician & Helper, based in Karāchi with some work-from-home flexibility. The Junior Technician & Helper will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT infrastructure components. This includes assisting with network setups, configuring hardware and software, performing routine maintenance, and providing technical support to clients. The role also involves coordinating with senior technicians, ensuring compliance with company standards, and contributing to the continuous improvement of service delivery.

Qualifications
  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks
  • Experience with hardware and software installation, configuration, and maintenance
  • Technical support skills and ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage tasks both onsite and remotely
  • Certification in IT or a related field is a plus
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Ability to follow instructions and work under the supervision of senior technicians
