Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Loyalty Program Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and enhancing customer loyalty programs. Your daily tasks will include overseeing program implementation, analyzing program performance, and identifying areas for improvement. You will also collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to ensure seamless integration and maximum customer engagement.

  • Loyalty Programs and Customer Loyalty skills
  • Experience in Program Management and Analytical Skills
  • Loyalty Marketing skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the retail or POS industry is a plus
