We're looking for a Senior iOS Mobile App Developer who has experience leading and building complicated App features, shipping multiple iOS Apps and mentoring younger developers:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Produce fully functional mobile applications through well-structured code.
  2. Work alongside the Lead Mobile App Engineer to maintain and optimise the App architecture, libraries and development lifecycle.
  3. Mentor and support the growth of junior and mid-level developers within the team.
  4. Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release and support).
  5. Design and build advanced App features for the iOS platform.
  6. Independently craft technical solutions by applying solid Object-Oriented-Design principles.
  7. Work closely with product management & UX to take an idea from concept to delivery using excellent software design, coding, & processes.
  8. Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximise development efficiency.
  9. Familiarise, support and modernise our existing systems and their tech stack.
Qualifications:
  1. Knowledge of the iOS SDK and best practice architectural patterns.
  2. Knowledge of Java and Kotlin.
  3. Will to adhere to best practices in OO development and leave well-structured code in your tracks.
  4. Understanding of iOS's design principles and interface guidelines.
  5. Writing code using unit/feature tests.
  6. Ability to work in a highly-collaborative, agile team.
  7. Flexibility to learn, and work with new technologies.
  8. Experience and knowledge in refactoring legacy code.
  9. Familiarity with Restful APIs.
  10. Experience working with databases.
  11. Use of deployment and provisioning tools.
  12. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (such as Bitbucket) and use of tools to support the SDLC.
  13. Ability to work with quality assurance and data protection processes.
  14. Good communication skills and able to take direction.
  15. Attention to detail for coding and design.
  16. Problem-solving aptitude.
