We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Senior Full Stack Developer (Lead) to join our fast-growing tech team in Pakistan. You'll work on system enhancements, upgrades and develop new features on their Industrial IoT (Internet of Things) platform. You will also lead a small agile team.

1. Technology Leadership: Define and drive the technical vision, architecture, and development of scalable, cloud-based IoT and AI solutions.
2. Software Development: Oversee software design and development processes, ensuring high-quality code and best engineering practices.
3. System Architecture: Design and maintain a robust, secure, and scalable architecture for ThingTrax's digital solutions.
4. Team Management: Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
5. DevOps & Security: Implement CI/CD pipelines, enhance security measures, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
6. Performance Optimization: Ensure system reliability, performance tuning, and effective monitoring.
7. Technology Evaluation: Stay ahead of emerging technologies and recommend suitable tools and frameworks for development.
8. Strategic Planning: Align technology strategy with business goals and drive digital transformation initiatives.

1. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
3. Technical Expertise:
   1. Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
   2. Experience with microservices architecture and API design.
   3. Expertise in IoT, AI, ML, and data processing frameworks.
   4. Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Node.js.
   5. Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and DevOps tools.
   6. Experience with SQL databases.
   7. Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
4. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and drive innovation.
5. Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and provide scalable solutions.
