As a key member of our tech team, you will play a crucial role in driving our technology strategy and roadmap.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer (Lead) to join our team in Pakistan. The successful candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, cloud computing, and IoT development.

Responsibilities:
  • Cloud Platform Expertise: Develop and maintain scalable, cloud-based IoT and AI solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Microservices Architecture: Design and implement microservices architecture and API design principles.
  • IoT Development: Develop and maintain IoT devices and applications using Python, Java, or Node.js.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
    • Experience with microservices architecture and API design.
    • Expertise in IoT, AI, ML, and data processing frameworks.
    • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Node.js.
    • Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and DevOps tools.
    • Experience with SQL databases.
    • Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and drive innovation.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and provide scalable solutions.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
