Offer specialized assistance to our corporate clientele, with a primary focus on promptly resolving corporate issues. The scope of supervision encompasses the entire North Zone of PTCL.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Ensure seamless media availability for both copper and fiber services.
  • Efficiently manage Corporate Service Requests (SR) to ensure prompt and effective resolution.
  • Provide first-line technical support to corporate customers via phone or email.
  • Conduct thorough first-level remote diagnostics to swiftly identify and understand issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems and escalate issues as needed.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. B. Tech Electronics/Electrical Engineering M.Sc. Electronics.
