We are currently looking for a Cold Calling Agent to join our sales team and connect with potential clients, mostly in international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

*Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce our services

*Promote mobile app development, website development, and digital marketing solutions

*Qualify leads and gather key information about client needs

*Schedule appointments or direct hot leads to the sales team

*Maintain accurate records in the CRM system

*Follow up with interested leads consistently

*Meet daily and weekly call and lead generation targets

Requirements:

*Prior experience in cold calling, lead generation preferred

*Excellent communication skills in English

*Confidence in presenting services over the phone

*Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

*A basic understanding of mobile apps, websites, or digital marketing is a plus

*Must be comfortable working in night shifts
