Job Title: Business Development Executive (Distribution)

Location: Karachi

About Us:

We are a fast-growing textile fashion clothing brand, expanding our reach in the distribution network. We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive (Distribution) to join our team and help strengthen our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to expand distribution channels and increase sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the market and drive growth initiatives.
  • Achieve sales targets and ensure smooth execution of distribution operations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, supply chain, production) for order fulfillment.
  • Prepare and present regular business development reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in business development, preferably in fashion, textile, or FMCG distribution.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
