We at Inbox Business Technologies are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant - BCM with proven expertise in the implementation of ISO 22301-based Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS). The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of business impact analysis (BIA), continuity planning, crisis management, and organizational resilience strategies. The role demands a strategic thinker who can lead projects, engage stakeholders, and ensure continuity capabilities across business and IT operations.

Job Description:
  1. Design, implement, and maintain BCMS frameworks aligned with ISO 22301 standards.
  2. Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) to assess critical business functions and dependencies.
  3. Develop business continuity plans (BCP), disaster recovery (DR) strategies, and response procedures.
  4. Conduct BCMS risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  5. Support organizations during BCMS certification audits and regulatory assessments.
  6. Provide training and awareness programs to clients on BCMS best practices.
  7. Assist in the selection and implementation of BCMS tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Riskonnect, RecoveryPlanner, Everbridge, etc.).
Requirements
  1. Master's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or IT-related field.
  2. ISO 22301 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor (required)
  3. CBCP (Certified Business Continuity Professional) (preferred).
  4. 6-8 years of experience in BCMS consulting or related roles.
  5. Practical experience in ISO 22301 implementation, BIA, DR planning, and BCMS assessments.
  6. Familiarity with IT compliance standards such as ISO 27001, COBIT, and NIST, NCA, SAMA.
  7. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  8. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  9. Experience in conducting internal and external audits related to BCMS.
  10. Strong stakeholder engagement, report writing, and project management skills.
