Silverlake is looking for a Techno-Functional Consultant to support our banking and payments operations. This role is ideal for professionals with strong technical skills in Java and Oracle, as well as an understanding of banking operations and payment systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Java-based enterprise applications integrated with banking/payment systems
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Design, test, and deploy system integrations and APIs, ensuring security, performance, and scalability
  • Collaborate with domain experts and theoperations head to ensure timely and accurate solution deployment
  • Support solution documentation, user training, and troubleshooting
  • Engage with clients to deliver high-impact technology solutions
  • Domestic and International Travel (if required)

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in fintech, banking technology, or enterprise software delivery
  • Strong hands-on experience with Java and Oracle (PL/SQL or EBS)
  • Solid understanding of core banking, card management, and payment systems
  • Knowledge of APIs, integration protocols, and payment processing flows
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Ability to balance both technical depth and business context
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business (MBA is a plus)
