We're looking for a proactive and technically sound Customer Support Specialist with experience in Odoo ERP (Inventory & Accounting modules). The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise with SQL and IIS servers and should be capable of supporting and assisting in Odoo implementations. A quick learner with adaptability to grasp new software tools is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide front-line support for Odoo ERP users (Accounting & Inventory modules)
  • Troubleshoot functional and technical issues via call, email, and ticketing system
  • Perform SQL-level investigations and manage IIS server-related configurations
  • Support Odoo implementation tasks including deployment, configuration, and user onboarding
  • Collaborate with technical teams for escalated issues and enhancements
  • Train users and ensure smooth system usage
  • Document issue logs, resolutions, and user feedback

Mandatory Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP (Accounting & Inventory modules)
  • Experience in Odoo implementations and ERP deployment processes
  • Proficiency in SQL (queries, logs, DB-level support)
  • Strong experience with IIS servers
  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new software environments
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and support skills
