Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the overall HR processes and activities during evening hours.
2. Manage and streamline the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
3. Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee performance evaluations.
4. Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
5. Manage and maintain HR-related documentation and employee records.
6. Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
7. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives.
8. Stay updated with the latest HR trends, practices, and regulations.

1. At least 2 years of experience as an HR Manager in the Human Resources industry.
2. Proven knowledge of HR processes, procedures, and best practices.
3. Strong understanding of recruitment and selection techniques.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
6. Proficient in using HR software and tools.
7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
8. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
