We are a leading software house having an experienced team of Developers, now we are looking for an experienced person who can join us as Director Technical/Project Manager. Those candidates will be highly appreciated who have the courage, sufficient knowledge, and want to run/start their own software house.

Responsibilities
  1. Promotes and coordinates technical knowledge harvesting within the organization.
  2. Defines, communicates, and enforces coding standards.
  3. Identifies reusable code required for our code library and ensures the high quality creation of the code.
  4. Manages technical team within budget and project schedule.
  5. Tracks and identifies new opportunities to improve methodology and training.
  6. Manages day-to-day client interaction and expectations for multiple or large-scale projects.
  7. Anticipates clients' needs and proposes alternative business solutions.
Job Specification
  1. Complex database concepts and assists in establishing standards applied across project teams.
  2. Manages the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large scale projects.
  3. Oversees managers working on client engagements within practice.
  4. Reviews high-level deliverables across projects.
  5. Implements engagement review and quality assurance procedures in accordance with our methodology to ensure profitable and successful execution of consulting engagements as measured by customer satisfaction.
  6. Manages scope and mitigates risk across projects.
  7. Tactfully communicates sensitive information.
  8. Possesses a thorough understanding of our service offerings, technical preferences, and technical direction.
  9. Challenges others to develop as leaders while clarifying roles and responsibilities.
  10. Builds expert knowledge in our industry and conveys knowledge to others.
  11. Handles difficult personnel situations directly, using appropriate discretion, HR advice, and respect for the individual.
