ZDAAS LLC is looking for a Project Manager (PMP) for the Islamabad Office to lead.

Job Description and Qualifications:

Education: IT related Management Science / Engineering major background preferred. Master's degree with PMP is a HUGE plus.

Experience: 10+ years' experience in Information Technology including 4-5 years as a Technical Project Manager.

Technical Skills: Development Experience in .Net, Programming, Agile and/or Scrum environment. Must understand technology as it relates to Systems Integration, SOA Framework, Web-services, Multi-platform solution. Candidate should know about .NET platform, and should understand DB Integration, Building Interfaces etc.

Responsibilities: Past experience must include hands-on software development & can lead a team. Can generate Progress / Performance reports of team members & can successfully execute the project. Experience with keeping current with industry best practices and methodologies and weaving them into delivering solution expertise. Significant expertise in development of a requirements management framework, large enterprise systems implementation as well as the overall business and functional requirements themselves.

Skills: Great communication skills, analytical and entrepreneurial skills that would be standard to a good Project Manager; as well as, the rigor, strong attention to detail, well-honed PMO skill set and personal results ownership characteristic of an excellent project manager. Extensive experience in a leadership role managing large scale enterprise systems design, selection, gap analysis, implementation, deployment and change management. Proposed staff must understand the key technical aspects of the software development life cycle and have strong attention to detail to produce and oversee clear documentation.

Job Specification

An out-of-the-box thinker that enjoys challenging situations and presents alternates including recommendations that best fit the environment. Must have had delivered the following skills as his/her past performance experience:

  1. Project Status Reports including Daily, weekly and monthly status reports
  2. Project budget and progress reports
  3. Developed and Maintained Project Schedules using Microsoft Project
  4. Agile and SCRUM participation experience
