Overview

Expert Relations Analyst at IDR is a role focused on establishing and maintaining relationships with experts, consultants, and professionals in the Expert Network. The analyst identifies, engages, and collaborates with experts to enhance IDR's knowledge base and industry expertise, serving as a liaison between the organization and external experts to ensure smooth communication, project collaboration, and mutual benefit.

Responsibilities
  • Extensive Geographic Coverage: Provide operations coverage spanning countries in the Americas to ensure a wide regional reach.
  • Thorough Data Verification and Completion: Verify and complete data entries for regions spanning the Americas to ensure accurate records.
  • Managing Partner's Qual Calendar for Americas Team: Oversee the partner's calendar for Qual projects within the Americas team, managing scheduling and coordination.
  • End-to-End Ownership of Consultation to Payment Process: Take ownership of the process from consultation to payment, ensuring a smooth transactional experience.
  • Effective Query Management and Proactive Payment Resolution: Handle queries promptly and resolve payment issues to ensure a seamless experience for partners and the organization.
  • Thorough Verification of Americas Bonus Data: Verify bonus data for the Americas region, ensuring accuracy and fairness in bonus allocation.
  • Collaboration with Operations for Data Completion and Verification: Work with the Operations team to ensure data completion and verification.
  • Expanding Expert Database Through Relevant Research Topics: Identify and add new respondents to the expert database by understanding expertise and aligning with research topics.
  • Addressing Americas Payment Backlog Promptly: Resolve payment backlog in the Americas region promptly, ensuring payments are up to date.
Required Skills

  • Ability to organize, monitor, and improve relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Proactive problem-solving with the ability to take initiative without waiting for direction.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in using MS Suite.

Qualification

Foreign Degree from Tier 1 universities – preferably from the US or Canada
