Expert Relations Specialist

Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to establish and maintain relationships with experts, consultants, and professionals in the field. The specialist will identify, engage, and collaborate with experts to enhance our knowledge base and industry expertise.

The analyst will serve as a liaison between our organization and external experts to ensure smooth communication, project collaboration, and mutual benefit.

Responsibilities
  • Geographic Coverage: Provide operations coverage spanning countries in the Americas to ensure a wide regional reach.
  • Data Verification: Verify and complete data entries for regions spanning the Americas to ensure accurate records.
  • Qual Calendar Management: Oversee the partner's calendar for Qual projects within the team, managing scheduling and coordination.
  • Ownership of Consultation Process: Take ownership of the process from consultation to payment, ensuring a smooth transactional experience.
  • Query Management: Handle queries promptly and resolve payment issues to ensure a seamless experience for partners and the organization.
  • Bonus Data Verification: Verify bonus data for the region, ensuring accuracy and fairness in bonus allocation.
  • Collaboration: Work with the Operations team to ensure data completion and verification.
  • Expert Database Expansion: Identify and add new respondents to the expert database by understanding expertise and aligning with research topics.
  • Prompt Payment Resolution: Resolve payment backlog in the region promptly, ensuring payments are up to date.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Positive attitude and willingness to help when working with teams and experts.
  • Ability to organize, monitor, and improve relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Proactive problem-solving with the ability to take initiative without waiting for direction.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in using MS Suite.

06 pm - 03 am (on-site)

Qualification

Foreign Degree from Tier 1 universities – preferably from the US or Canada
