We are looking for an experienced and strategic Business Unit Head (Sales) to join our team at Designoxyll. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and client relationship management. As a Business Unit Head, you will lead and mentor the sales team, manage key platforms like Freelancer, Upwork, Bark, LinkedIn, and social media, and drive revenue growth by designing effective sales plans to meet and exceed targets. This is a night shift role (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM), ideal for someone with the ability to lead teams remotely and execute data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management: Oversee sales efforts on platforms like Freelancer, Upwork, Bark, LinkedIn, and social media channels to generate leads and drive business growth.
Profile Optimization: Optimize and manage both existing and new profiles on these platforms for better visibility, performance, and engagement.
Profile Revitalization: Analyze and use data-driven strategies to revive underperforming profiles and increase their conversion rates.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and coach the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Revenue Growth: Design and implement effective sales strategies for both peak and slow periods, ensuring consistent revenue generation.
Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, converting them into long-term partners by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.

Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
Client Relations: Excellent client relationship management skills, with a focus on building long-term partnerships.

Sales Planning: Expertise in sales planning and optimization to drive business success.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the IT, digital services, or freelancing industries.
Platform Experience: Hands-on experience with sales platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other similar platforms.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
Language Skills: Fluent in English (required).
Client Communication: Comfortable with direct communication with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.

Commission:
3% commission on individual sales.
2% commission on team sales.
