
District Coordinator

Education: Bachelor's degree in any relevant field (Social Sciences, Education, Management, or Climate/Environment-related fields preferred)
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in community projects, youth development, education, or climate-focused work
Job Description:
- Support in creating a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
- Support the Project manager in ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project strand.
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable for the designated district.
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise for the designated district.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests for the training and overall project deliverables.
- Organizing, attending and participating in the training and advocacy events.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Ensure adherence to ITA's and British Council's code of conduct, policies, and procedures, as well as compliance with Safeguarding and PSEA policies.
- Ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Basic understanding of project coordination.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Comfortable with MS Word and Excel.
- Good communication and organizing skills.
- Ability to manage timelines and work in teams.
