Position: District Coordinator (1)

Location: Okara

Education: Bachelor's degree in any relevant field (Social Sciences, Education, Management, or Climate/Environment-related fields preferred)

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in community projects, youth development, education, or climate-focused work

Job Description:
  • Support in creating a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
  • Support the Project manager in ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project strand.
  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable for the designated district.
  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise for the designated district.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
  • Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests for the training and overall project deliverables.
  • Organizing, attending and participating in the training and advocacy events.
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
  • Ensure adherence to ITA's and British Council's code of conduct, policies, and procedures, as well as compliance with Safeguarding and PSEA policies.
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met.
Skills:
  • Basic understanding of project coordination.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Comfortable with MS Word and Excel.
  • Good communication and organizing skills.
  • Ability to manage timelines and work in teams.
