About the Role

TeReSol Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Manager – MIS & Networks to lead and enhance our IT and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with deep technical expertise, strong leadership qualities, and a solid background in managing large-scale network operations within engineering or IT environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of network engineers to deliver high-performance results.
  • Ensure the stability, availability, and scalability of network operations.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex network-related issues and escalations.
  • Maintain and upgrade network infrastructure, including routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers.
  • Enforce security policies and ensure regulatory compliance across all network layers.
  • Oversee data center operations including power, cooling, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Respond to incidents quickly; lead root cause analysis and long-term fixes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide clear and timely communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Deliver regular reports on network health, security, and ongoing projects.
Technical Skills Required
  • Networking: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs, VPNs, Firewalls, Load Balancers
  • Monitoring & Analysis Tools: SolarWinds, PRTG, Wireshark, DCIM platforms
  • Operating Systems: Windows & Linux (administration level)
  • Scripting & Automation: Bash, Python
  • Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V
  • Storage Systems: SAN/NAS
Leadership & Project Management
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and retain high-performing technical teams.
  • Strong project management skills: planning, execution, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Experience managing vendors and negotiating service agreements.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
