Data Quality Specialist, MI Commercial Data

About the Role:

Shift: This role requires flexibility in shifts based on business needs.

The Team: Our team manages processes and controls to ensure high-quality customer master data that is trusted, timely, accurate, and consistent. We consist of highly trained professionals focused on tools, processes, and workflows to deliver a superior client experience. We oversee the entire data lifecycle: creating, preparing, using, storing, archiving, and deleting data, following established data governance principles to promote data quality and integrity. You will coordinate closely with teams such as Client Buying Experience, CRM Operations, Order Management, Fulfillment, Marketing, and Finance to ensure effective data governance, reporting, and analytics.

The Impact:

Our internal client data supports decision-making across Finance, Sales & Marketing, OTC, and Product Management. Ensuring the data's accuracy and timeliness is critical. The Reporting & Analytics Lead will analyze large, complex datasets to identify opportunities and solve problems. Critical analysis and transformation of raw data into meaningful insights will support strategic decisions, including predictive analysis and exploring new opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of data quality specialists responsible for data corrections and continuous improvement practices.
• Manage data correction, audits, and quality assurance in Salesforce.
• Serve as the data quality lead, managing data cleanups, root cause analysis, and proactive quality checks.
• Promote teamwork and standard methodologies across teams to ensure high work quality and efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate existing data quality issues.
• Evaluate employee performance, set goals, conduct reviews, and develop team members.
• Coordinate with MI Enablement, CRM Support, and OTC teams to improve client experience.
• Liaise with internal partners for data quality operations and special projects.
• Work with data stewards to identify gaps, improve quality, and develop operational support mechanisms.
• Maintain expertise in master data objects and internal tools.

What We're Looking For:Basic Qualifications & Skill Set:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, or Computer Science preferred.
• Strong focus on data quality management.
• Experience managing teams, developing procedures, and learning new tools.
• Understanding of data quality practices.
• Knowledge of SQL and Excel is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to mentor, train, and motivate teams.
• Minimum two years of leadership experience with workflow and operations management.
• Ability to analyze problems and communicate solutions effectively.
• Certification in data management and governance (e.g., DAMA DMBOK) is desirable.
