About the RoleWe are seeking a mid to senior-level Marketing Expert & Google PPC Consultant to support our marketing efforts for a 3-month contract. This consultant will play a critical role in developing and executing Google PPC campaigns aimed at B2B lead generation and business growth. You will collaborate with the marketing team to design strategies, optimize PPC campaigns, and report on performance metrics to ensure the effective achievement of KPIs. This is a hybrid position based in Lahore.
Key Responsibilities- Google PPC Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, etc.) strategies tailored for B2B lead generation and conversion.
- Lead Generation: Focus on generating high-quality B2B leads through targeted PPC campaigns. Continuously optimize campaigns to maximize lead volume and conversion.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, budget allocation, ad copy development, A/B testing, and bid management.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for campaign optimization and performance improvement.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Use Google Analytics and Google Ads Manager to track and report on campaign performance. Provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Conversion Optimization: Continuously test and optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and targeting strategies to improve conversion rates and overall campaign ROI.
- Collaboration: Work with the content and design teams to align ad creatives, landing pages, and overall messaging with brand objectives and audience needs.
- Budget Management: Monitor and adjust PPC budgets to maximize performance within set parameters, ensuring that campaigns are cost-effective.
- Client Consultation & Strategy: Provide strategic guidance to the internal team regarding best practices for Google PPC and lead generation in the *B2B space.
- Google Ads Expertise: Proven experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, and Video ads, specifically for B2B lead generation.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Strong understanding of B2B marketing techniques, with a track record of generating leads and increasing conversions via Google Ads.
- Analytics & Reporting: Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and other marketing analytics tools to track campaign performance and provide insights.
- A/B Testing: Experience in running A/B tests for ad creatives, keywords, and landing pages to optimize for better performance.
- B2B Marketing Strategy: Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and the ability to tailor Google PPC campaigns to meet business objectives.
- Budget Management: Expertise in managing PPC campaign budgets and ensuring the highest return on investment (ROI).
- Content Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with internal teams (e.g., content, design) to create ads and landing pages that resonate with B2B audiences.
- Time Management: Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
- CRM Integration: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for tracking and nurturing leads generated through PPC campaigns.
- SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO principles to complement PPC efforts and increase organic visibility.
- Marketing Automation: Experience with marketing automation tools to integrate PPC campaigns with email marketing and lead nurturing efforts.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in Google PPC campaign management with a focus on B2B lead generation.
- Proven success in Google Ads campaign management and B2B marketing strategies, with measurable results.
- Solid understanding of B2B sales cycles, lead generation strategies, and performance-driven marketing tactics.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
- Language: Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Hybrid Model: Flexibility to work remotely and from our office in Lahore, collaborating with an international team of professionals.
