About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in managing inbound calls for our UK-based project. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication, multitasking, and problem-solving. This position involves handling various aspects of the customer journey, including order dispatch, delivery, after-sales support, and follow-up until customer satisfaction is achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbound Calls Management: Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Order Dispatch & Delivery: Assist customers with order dispatch and delivery-related queries. Ensure timely updates regarding the status of deliveries and resolve any delivery issues that arise.
  • After-Sales Support: Address post-purchase inquiries and issues. Provide support with product returns, exchanges, and troubleshooting as necessary.
  • Multitasking: Efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including handling inquiries, updating customer records, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Customer Follow-Up: Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and that they are satisfied with the service or product. Act as a liaison between customers and relevant departments to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Customer Reviews: Collect feedback from customers and encourage them to leave reviews. Address any concerns or negative reviews promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Problem Resolution: Use your problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and complaints, ensuring that the best possible solution is provided.
  • Documentation: Accurately log customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the system to ensure complete and up-to-date records.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of English.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in an inbound call center or retail environment.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when handling orders and customer information.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor when dealing with customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
