
Customer Support Representative

Manage and handle incoming calls professionally.
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
Give follow-up calls to customers at a specified date and time.
Keep records of customer interactions.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Manage a large number of outbound and inbound calls.
Follow call center scripts when handling different topics.
Identify interpreters' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions.
Candidate must be willing to work the following shift hours: 10 pm - 7 am (PST). Rotational shift; the candidate will be working from 5 am to 2 pm (PST) - UK Out Of Hours.
Job SpecificationQualification / Skills:
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Translation and Localization - Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
