Why This Role?

We are looking for an enthusiastic "Quality Engineer Assistant Manager" for one of our clients, a global technology leader committed to creating superior products and services that contribute to a better global society.

This is a full-time onsite role at Pattoki, Sapphire (Factory Based).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance Oversight: Implement and maintain QA systems to ensure all products meet defined quality standards and specifications.
  • Production Monitoring: Track daily, weekly, and monthly production performance against planned targets. Highlight deviations and work with the KD partner to implement corrective actions.
  • Dispatch Coordination: Monitor and coordinate finished goods dispatches, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery, and proper documentation.
  • Liaison with KD Partner Teams: Act as the main contact between KD partner's Production and Quality departments to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
  • Root Cause Analysis & CAPA: Investigate quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records of production, quality checks, and dispatch data. Prepare regular reports for internal use.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for quality and process efficiency improvements and support related initiatives.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).

* 5–7 years of experience in quality assurance or production roles.

* Experience with third-party manufacturing or KD assembly setups in the consumer electronics industry is an advantage.

* Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office; ERP knowledge is a plus.
