Product Manager – GLP-1

Responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company objectives and drive the success of the GLP-1 product portfolio. This role involves leading cross-functional initiatives, managing the full brand lifecycle, analyzing market and sales data, and supporting the field force with effective promotional tools and training. The ideal candidate will combine strategic insight, strong analytical skills, and in-depth market understanding to maximize product performance, customer engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement brand strategies including product positioning, pricing, and promotional tactics for GLP-1.
  • Conduct IQVIA and Sales Analyzer analysis in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Perform MIP (Marketing Investment Planning) analysis and design brand strategies accordingly.
  • Lead KOL (Key Opinion Leader) engagement plans in line with brand objectives.
  • Continuously review the prescriber matrix to assess brand performance and identify areas of growth.
  • Design, monitor, and control marketing tools and campaigns to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Provide the sales team with product knowledge, training materials, and competitive positioning support.
  • Oversee new product development initiatives, from ideation through commercialization.
  • Track and update ROI of marketing activities and monitor the status of current prescribers.
  • Ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns through close collaboration with the sales force.
Required Qualification, Knowledge and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA in Marketing is a plus.
  • Proven experience of 3-5 years in pharmaceutical brand management, preferably with GLP-1 or diabetes portfolio.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in tools like IQVIA, Sales Analyzer, and MIP.
  • Demonstrated success in launching and managing pharmaceutical products.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
