Job Description

Hassan & Hussain Enterprises is seeking a dedicated and skilled Junior Architect to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in architecture and be adept at producing technical drawings, managing project schedules and budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This role offers a great opportunity to contribute to exciting construction and renovation projects while further developing your architectural expertise.

Requirements:

  • Must possess pertinent degrees in architecture.
  • 2-3 years of experience in the relevant field with highly reputed organizations.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Must be a keen listener and able to identify the needs of a project.
  • Must be able to make feasibility reports and ensure the building is in compliance with local rules and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete technical drawings that will be used to present a project for approval.
  • Aid in the creation of a schedule and budget for the project.
  • Show strong project management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Assist in identifying project needs and ensuring that all requirements are met.
  • Support the preparation of feasibility reports and ensure compliance with local regulations.
