We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at eGeeks Global. The ideal candidate will have strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent English communication abilities, and prior experience working with a CRM system. A neutral or international accent will be a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients and convert leads into sales.
  • Conduct effective negotiations to close deals successfully.
  • Maintain and update client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Build and nurture relationships with customers to ensure long-term retention.
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a similar role.
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Prior experience using a CRM system is required.
  • Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • A neutral or international accent will be an advantage.
