Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a Virtual Assistant & LinkedIn Operations Specialist with proven experience in community management, LinkedIn growth, and business operations support. This is a unique hybrid role where you will manage administrative and compliance tasks while also building our professional presence on LinkedIn.

Your day-to-day work will span online research, documentation, supplier coordination, and e-commerce setup — alongside scheduling posts, managing LinkedIn engagement, and tracking leads. We are particularly looking for someone who has previously worked in LinkedIn community management or as a VA handling LinkedIn profiles, and who can also leverage ChatGPT/AI tools for research, drafting, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

LinkedIn & Community Management

• Manage LinkedIn company page + executive profiles
• Schedule posts, newsletters, carousels, and polls
• Engage in groups, comments, and DMs for lead generation
• Track content performance and maintain engagement reports

Documentation & Research

• Conduct online research to identify suppliers, industry insights, and market trends
• Prepare and maintain compliance documentation (labels, testing reports, legal files)
• Spot the right documentation sources and summarize findings clearly
• Use ChatGPT/AI tools for drafting, research automation, and formatting

Operations & Admin

• Organize shared drives and trackers
• Prepare insurance forms, trademark checks, and SOP formatting
• Send proactive reminders on upcoming deadlines
• Coordination in general with various business and agencies

LinkedIn marketing & community management experience

Content scheduling tools (Buffer, Canva)

Shopify/WordPress backend management

Strong online research and documentation accuracy

Proficiency with Google Workspace & MS Office

Familiarity with ChatGPT/AI tools for research and task automation

Excellent communication and organization skills
